DS-200s

In ultrasonic inspection systems, DS-200s is used for hydrodynamic, acoustic coupling. They are supplementing the immersion system DS-200 by means of large capacity of the system, required for non-immersive testing of large elements produced from composite materials.

Scanner:

Durable gating structure with doubled nozzle system ensures high speed testing in narrow range of tolerance for accuracy, repeatability and resolution.

Inspection technique:

Hydrodynamic coupling with water ensures the correctness of testing in scanning mode chosen by the operator: echo mode (P-E) or passing mode (T-T).

Optionally there is a possibility of scanning in both modes same time.
