Software CT
Computed tomography (CT) software in industrial non-destructive testing (NDT) is a key tool that enables comprehensive spatial analysis of objects based on data obtained from X-ray tomography. It allows the reconstruction of three-dimensional images of the internal material structure from a series of 2D projections, enabling precise detection of defects such as cracks, porosity, inclusions, welding flaws, or structural inhomogeneities that are not visible in conventional 2D radiography. CT software provides high spatial and contrast resolution, as well as the ability to work with components of varying density and thickness, making it a versatile tool for quality control in the aerospace, automotive, energy, and foundry industries.
