Equipment in-line ET
Eddy Current (ET) devices designed for In-line non-destructive testing are advanced inspection systems that enable automatic and continuous quality control of components during the production process. Their purpose is to detect surface and near-surface discontinuities, such as cracks, inclusions, corrosion, scratches, or structural changes in electrically conductive materials, without stopping the production line. In-line ET systems integrate eddy current probes, measurement modules, guides, and component positioning mechanisms, creating a complete platform for fast and repeatable inspection of pipes, profiles, sheets, wires, or rolled elements.
Modern In-line ET devices are equipped with multi-channel detection systems that allow simultaneous monitoring of multiple surface points and automatic adjustment of measurement parameters to the type and thickness of the inspected material. Advanced software provides result visualization, defect mapping, dimensional measurements, reporting, and integration with production management systems. This enables immediate detection of defects, minimizes the risk of faulty products, and ensures continuous real-time quality control without disrupting the production process.
