Ultrasonic washes

Cleaning in an ultrasonic washer is similar to conventional methods, such as alkaline cleaning, using appropriate chemical agents—but at lower concentrations. The advantage of this cleaning method is its efficiency, allowing maximum cleanliness to be achieved in a shorter time. Ultrasonic waves effectively remove contaminants such as grinding and polishing pastes, abrasives, chips and shavings, lubricants, and cooling emulsions.

THE WASHER CAN BE CUSTOMIZED TO CLIENT NEEDS:

  • Fully automatic

  • Manually operated

  • Equipped with a transport system to facilitate part handling

The number of cleaning chambers is adjusted depending on the level of contamination of the inspected components, the required throughput, and the workstation setup, including additional operations such as anti-corrosion treatment.

APPLICATION:

  • Surface preparation of components before penetrant testing (PT)

  • Cleaning parts after the PT process
